  • Bresc BBQ Marinade For Chicken
  • Bresc Caponata
  • vegetables as desired



Preparation method

Marinate the coquelet with the Bresc Marinade For Chicken, and refrigerate for several hours.

Prepare the vegetables as desired and make sure they have a bite! Cook the coquelet in the oven with a core temperature of at least 74°c. Add the Bresc Caponata to the cooking liquid and serve alongside the vegetables.
