- 20 g Bresc Aio e lemone
- 1 mango
- 1 apple
- half bunch mint
- Bresc Tomato chutney

Preparation method
Make 6 skewers of satay using the goose breast. Marinate the satay in the Aio e lemone for half an hour.
Assemble a salad with the mango, apple and mint. Grill the satay on the barbecue for 7 to 8 minutes until it is medium done (pink), serve with the salad and the tomato chutney.
