Ingredients

1 l
  • 0.45 l green apple juice
  • 0.05 l lemon juice
  • grated peel of 1 lemon
  • 10 g Bresc Lemongrass puree
  • 12 g sugar
  • 40 g gelcrema (Sosa)

Preparation method

Puree all the ingredients except the gelcrema very finely in the thermoblender. Then, puree in the gelcrema and fill a piping bag with the mixture.
