Lemongrass-basil dressing

Ingredients

2 dl
  • 2 limes, grated peel and juice
  • 15 g coriander, chopped
  • 30 g fish sauce
  • 10 g Bresc Lemongrass puree
  • 5 g Thai basil, chopped
  • 12 g sugar 10 g rice vinegar
  • 10 g Bresc WOKchilli

Preparation method

Mix all the ingredients to make a dressing.
