- 4 stalks spring onion
- 10 g coriander, chopped
- 10 g mint, chopped
- 10 g Thai basil, chopped
- 1 lime, grated peel and juice
- 5 g Bresc Lemongrass puree
- 5 g Bresc Ginger puree
- 1 cucumber
- 2 kiwis
- 5 g Bresc WOKchilli

Preparation method
Peel the mango’s, cucumber en kiwis. Dice the flesh. Slice the spring onions into rings. Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately with a spicy curry.
