Ingredients

4,5 dl
  • 450 g Bresc Piri piri
  • 8 g paprika
  • large chicken drumsticks

Preparation method

Mix the piri piri with the paprika and rub the mixture into the drumsticks. Leave for 4 to 6 hours so the flavours can develop. Grill the chicken on a barbecue or in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes until done.
