Salad Caprese

Ingredients

  • 4 balls buffalo mozzarella
  • 8 ripe vine tomatoes
  • 1 carton rocket
  • salt flakes and pepper to taste
  • 50 g Bresc Basil puree
  • 2 dl olive oil
  • 15 g basil leaves
  • 100 g Bresc Pomodori marinati

Preparation method

Slice the vine tomatoes and mozzarella. Mix the oil with the basil puree to make basil-flavoured oil. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella as a carpaccio and arrange the rocket on it. Season with salt flakes and pepper and drizzle the basil oil over it. Garnish with basil leaves and pomodori and serve immediately. This dish is delicious with crispy garlic bread crusts.
