Ingredients

1 cake
  • 120 g Bresc WOKginger
  • 50 g grated orange peel
  • 250 g cake flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml water

Preparation method

Mix the cake flour with the butter, eggs, sugar and water. Mix in the WOKginger and grated orange peel. The quantities given in the recipe will fill one cake tin. Bake at 170 degrees; the time should be adjusted to the size of the cake.
