  • 10 mini chorizo croquettes
  • 2 slices of sandwich bread, crusts removed
  • 200 grams of Bresc Alioli smoked

Preparation method

Deep fry 10 mini croquettes. Cut the bread to size so that you can roll it around a croquette. Spread the bread with the alioli. Place the croquette on the bread and roll it up tightly. Serve whole or cut diagonally. Garnish with cress.
