Tomato and blood orange coulis.

Ingredients

0,5 l
  • 2 blood oranges
  • 2 beef tomatoes
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 g Bresc Harissa

Preparation method

Cut the tomatoes into four. Peel the oranges and the remove the flesh. Braise with the sugar. Add the harissa at the last minute and strain if necessary. Serve chilled.
