- 20 g Bresc Strattu di pomodoro
- 0.5 l sunflower oil
- 0.4 dl white wine vinegar
- 20 g Bresc Pomodori marinati
- 10 g mustard
- salt and pepper

Preparation method
Make a mayonnaise using the egg yolks, mustard, vinegar and oil. Puree the strattu with the pomodori marinati and mix it into the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.
