Cake with wild mushrooms and roast bell pepper

Ingredients

  • 500 g flour
  • 300 g cheese, grated
  • 200 g Bresc Mushroom Mix
  • 200 g Bresc Grilled bell pepper puree
  • 190 g sugar
  • 20 g baking soda
  • 10 g salt
  • 4 dl olive oil
  • 4 eggs

Preparation method

Mix all the ingredients to make a batter. Pipe the batter into the tins, bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
