- 40 g Bresc Beemster garlic puree
- 40 g parsley, chopped
- 40 g lemon juice
- 30 g butter, melted
- 20 g olive oil
- 10 g capers
- 5 g thyme, chopped

- 200 g Bresc Beemster garlic puree
- 125 ml water
- 3.5 g agar agar
- salt and pepper
For the smoked butter:
- 150 g butter
- 15 g Bresc Smoked garlic puree
