Mango salad

Ingredients

  • 2 mangos
  • 4 stalks spring onion
  • 10 g coriander, chopped
  • 10 g mint, chopped
  • 10 g Thai basil, chopped
  • 1 lime, grated peel and juice
  • 5 g Bresc Lemongrass puree
  • 5 g Bresc Ginger puree
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 kiwis
  • 5 g Bresc WOKchilli

Preparation method

Peel the mango’s, cucumber en kiwis. Dice the flesh. Slice the spring onions into rings. Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately with a spicy curry.
