Ingredients

  • 4 panini buns
  • 2 small rolls goat’s cheese
  • 300 g Bresc Tapenade sundried tomatoes
  • 40 g honey
  • rocket
  • beetroot salad

Preparation method

Turn on the grill. Cut the paninis in half and arrange the goat’s cheese and tomato tapenade on them. Dispense the honey over them. Close the paninis and grill them. Serve the buns with the salad.
